On the Issue of “Other” Collective Agreements

Other collective agreements than collective labour agreement are increasingly growing in significance in the Polish labour relations. They create more room for social partners to conduct negotiations than collective labour agreement. They are not a subject to a complicated registration procedures under the State Labour Inspectorate supervision. Other collective agreements can be classified as a labour law source when they are based on the statutory regulations and regulate rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relation.
